Collin's Cold Brew Story

I’m something of a coffee connoisseur. That’s what living in Manhattan for seven years can do to a person. Before the Covid-19 pandemic began, I was visiting new coffee shops regularly, if not daily — searching for the best cold brew. 

In March of 2020 I left New York City for Narragansett, Rhode Island where good cold brew coffee is difficult to find. You’ve probably heard the saying, “the best way to get something done is to do it yourself.” With the extra time a lot of us had this year at home - I began brewing.

Fast forward through countless batches of beans, barrels, and bottles; I found a recipe that just worked. Kymbolde Cold Brew is the result of loving labor that brings me back to New York City whenever I drink it.
